Here at Ellison Europe, we work with countries across the globe, as well as where our Ellison Europe HQ calls home, the UK. Account Coordinator Hannah Suckley works with our UK accounts and TV channels. We’ve sat down with Hannah Suckley to find out a bit more on what her role involves, what she enjoys most and what her daily work life is like!
Here’s what Hannah had to say:
When did you join the Sizzix team?
I joined Sizzix in May 2017 and time has flown since!
What does your role entail?
I look after our UK accounts and TV channels. Day to day I will be processing orders, having calls with my accounts and supporting them with our products and new launches.
What makes your role unique?
Working with TV channels is very exciting. It’s great to work with and have the support of all our Sizzix departments for this. My favourite part is watching our designers bring products to life with their creativity and out of the box ideas.
What’s your usual work day like?
My usual day consists of answering emails, processing orders, introducing new products to our customers, researching trends and putting together product proposals for our TV channels.
What do you love most about what you do?
The versatility of the role, from researching trends and analysing sales to catching up with my customers and putting together selections for new product. I enjoy the interaction I have with the other departments here at Sizzix and working closely with our multilingual sales team.
If you could spend one day working in another part of the business, which department would you choose and why?
Definitely design. I’d love to make creative projects all day long!
