Here are Ellison Europe we have been busy refurbishing our building, providing fresh and modern functional spaces ensuring our teams enjoy their working environment.
We have expanded our office spaces to allow for more desks to be installed and for more breakout spaces to be created including sofa areas, beanbag zones and even a social space complete with a book swap area.
An extra canteen has been constructed allowing more space for our teams to enjoy their lunch breaks.
We have built a brand-new retail meeting room and four meeting hubs providing functional spaces for our teams to collaborate together in person during meeting times.
An additional room has been constructed as a wellbeing room which is a private area where an employee can take a bit of time out to tend to their own personal health needs. This could be for a multitude of reasons including if they are feeling unwell, need to take medication or if a nursing mother needs privacy. This area provides a vital break from others in the open spaces of our offices.
Creativity is at the heart of everything we do, so developing the new design area has created a dynamic space for our creative designers. This area offers a hands-on creative space for innovative projects to be made.
Rebecca Jones, Office and Events Manager said: “As the project lead of the renovation works it has been amazing to see the transformation of how our working spaces have evolved. We have seen passion and commitment through the project from both our external contractors and internal teams who have worked together to create an incredible working environment that we now all enjoy working and socialising in each day.”
