Exhibiting at both Creativation in Phoenix, Arizona, and Creativeworld in Frankfurt, Germany, at the end of January, we showcased our house of brands amongst a celebration of making! Our stands were full of life, from blooming flower instalments to every maker’s dream interiors.
Skill Shares
Both shows held numerous skill share workshops, where Ellison’s top designers showcased the latest Sizzix releases and Tim Holtz collaborations, as well as guest demonstrator Eileen Hull holding her own workshops on her newest products! Skill shares included demonstrations on shrink plastic, embossing powders and sculpting foam to name just a few, as well as using a range of products from the Paper Sculpting Kit to our amazing Heat Tool. These free skill shares empowered visitors with new skills and product knowledge to create inspirational projects for a range of making types using brand-new dies, tools and making essentials!
Visitors of our stand were also all in with a chance to win an amazing prize of a bundle of every product used in our Skill Share sessions! Winners will soon be contacted, and we can’t wait to see their makes!
Color Story
Introducing our brand-new collection of matching and complementary making essentials, from cardstock, pens and sculpting foam, to embossing powders and biodegradable glitters. Our Color Story products were welcomed into the Sizzix family with a fabulous display of a stunning flower wall and colourful accents throughout.
Creative Play
Continuing with the colorful theme, our Sizzix Bigz dies were beautifully showcased in our adorable Creative Play area. This area perfectly depicted the many ways our dies can be used amongst a range of fun projects and making types!
Tim Holtz
Encapsulating his signature cutting edge style, the area showcased Tim Holtz’s ever evolving line with Sizzix. Pushing the boundaries of die-cutting with detailed designs, dimensional textures, layered Colorize™ technology, and 3-D embossing.
My Life Handmade
Back for a second year, Ellison’s newest brand, My Life Handmade, showcased the brand’s contemporary Make, Note* and Home ranges (*Note range not available in the US). The aesthetically pleasing making kits, interior products and stationery items were all showcased to inspire wellbeing and creativity. Talented Ellison designer Jen Ogborn was in attendance to lead our My Life Handmade exhibit, demonstrating how relaxing and tranquil making with the beautiful My Life Handmade kits are, including macramé and embroidery making types. In the My Life Handmade exhibit, visitors were also invited to enter a giveaway to win a selection of the brand’s ranges!
Sizzix Debut Big Shot Switch and More!
The brand-new Big Shot Switch machine debuted at the shows, alongside our latest Chapter 1 and 2 launches for 2020! Complementing these stunning dies are the new collection of Making Essentials, from Sequins and Beads to Express Glue, Sizzix has every tool and accessory to empower makers.
