2020 has been a transformational year for everyone. There have been challenges along the way, but the Ellison ethos has shone through, with everyone demonstrating a continued drive and positivity to find solutions. We are now able to communicate and connect on a completely new level and together, we have nurtured an effective way of collaborating with our creative communities.
As we head into a new year, we are excited to embrace new opportunities and collaborations, and to continue inspiring our audiences through our innovative new product range and content engagement. We will continue to build partnerships with inspirational brands in our industry, and our product library will evolve and diversify.
We kick start the year with an alternative creative journey – the Ellison virtual trade show. Here, we will re-define the trade show experience through a platform that brings digital creativity and collaboration to life. You will find our fantastic new product ranges, also have an opportunity to engage in interactive making sessions and connect and communicate with our teams. We hope you enjoy this experience and feel inspired to share the creativity.
In preparation for 2021 and the UK leaving the European Union, our teams have worked diligently to implement all necessary procedures to ensure a smooth transition for Ellison and our valued partners. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will provide more information to all our customers as the negotiations reach a conclusion and offer clarity to a complex situation.
Creativity can afford a positive influence on everyone’s life journey; we want to encourage this message through collaborating and connecting with various charities. Throughout the pandemic, we have recognized the difficulties charities have faced to deliver on their mission. There are many worthy charities globally, however, the fight against malnutrition and hunger is challenged. Therefore, we are supporting; Action Against Hunger, the Trussell Trust and Feed the Children. We have received an overwhelming amount of support from our Sizzix consumers who have not only purchased our charity die sets – where all profits are split amongst our chosen charities, but they have supported us in promoting this initiative through sharing their creativity and inspiring makes.
I would like to say a huge thank you to each and every individual connected to Ellison for all your support and commitment throughout the year as well as being part of our shared journey in the future. Thank you to our customers – we will continue to commit ourselves to you to deliver inspirational products and services. Thank you to our brand partners for your ongoing devotion to our brand and contributing with shared values, together we can inspire the future generation. And to our valued, talented, and dedicated colleagues globally – we are on this journey together and we are devoted to making it the best it can be. Together, we will make a difference.
