To our valued Ellison customers,
We appreciate that these are uncertain times for our customers, our employees and our wider communities. The health and safety of both our staff and valued customers are our top priority and at the core of every decision we make.
We have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as it unfolds. As a business, we believe that it is crucial we support government guidelines in helping the reduction of the transmission.
We are diligently following guidance and best practice from the government in order to protect both our employees and our customers. At this time, we have made changes to our daily routines, including:
- Supporting employees in working remotely as per recent Government mandates
- Promotion of personal space observation in regard to client, vendor, and site to site travel
- Until further notice, travel suspensions are in place for all international and domestic trips. This will impact in-person meetings with customers and vendors; however, tools are already in place and being utilized daily to conduct virtual meetings via Go-To Meeting and Skype
- The Human Resources team is working with staff on any anticipated personal travel and asking that it be reconsidered to any designated “Hot Spots”.
The executive team will continue to monitor and expand on these preventative measures in order to protect both our staff and our customers.
We will continue to work collaboratively with our partners to ensure a ‘business as usual’ approach where possible.
We will continue to follow Government mandates and initiatives as long as it is deemed necessary to do so in order to protect both our teams, valued partners and loyal customers.
I would like to take a moment to thank our colleagues for their incredible efforts during these unprecedented times. The dedication and commitment they have shown is truly inspiring.
And to our customers, thank you for your continued support. It is challenging times like these that we cannot underestimate the collective power of standing side by side, working together and supporting one another.
You have our commitment that we will continue to work tirelessly to minimise disruption to our services at what is an uncertain time for all.
We will continue to serve you with a host of creative content and inspiration delivered through our online channels. We hope that this source of inspiration can offer comfort during this difficult time and if nothing else will give you a break from the news.
Take care of yourselves and of each other,
Richard Birse
