Die-cut Cover out of mat board. Adhere strips of patterned paper to front Cover. Add rick-rack. Print sentiment, trim to create a tag. Ink edges of tag and add decorative trim. Adhere tag to Cover. Embellish with a button and rub ons. Assemble Cover with brads. Tie bow with ribbon and embellish with a flower. Finish by inserting a checkbook or calendar.
