Cover mat board with cardstock. Die-cut Cupcake Holder out of covered mat board and assemble using brads to secure sides. Adhere bottom with glue or tape. Die-cut Candle out of cardstock, layer colors and embellish with markers. Insert cupcake into Holder and insert candle into cupcake.
