Create a card base out of cardstock. Trim long end of card by two inches. For inside of card, cut a strip of patterned paper and adhere as shown. Die-cut Flourish out of cardstock and adhere to card. Die-cut Cake Pop-Up out of cardstock, assemble upside down and adhere to card using extra-strong bond double-sided tape to form a flower pot. Adhere bow to rim of flower pot. Die-cut Flowers and Leaves out of cardstock, embellish with buttons and adhere to flower pot with hot glue. Die-cut Frame out of cardstock, embellish with a stamped sentiment and adhere to card. Adhere patterned paper to card front while embellishing with a ribbon bow. Stamp sentiment onto a piece of cardstock, trim to size mat on cardstock and tie onto ribbon.
