Cover mat board with cardstock. Die-cut Cupcake Holder out of covered mat board and assemble. Die-cut shapes out of cardstock and adhere to the Cupcake Holder. Die-cut Hearts out of cardstock and adhere to a toothpick, embellish with ribbon and a button and insert into cupcake.
