Create a card out of patterned paper. Die-cut Spinning Platform out of cardstock, assemble and adhere to the inside of the card. Die-cut shapes and adhere to the front and inside of the card. Adhere a photograph to the Spinning Platform. Embellish with ribbon, decorative trim, buttons and small jewels.
