Ellison Educational Equipment Inc. was formed to provide a solution to alleviate an educator’s painstaking reliance on scissors to cut out shapes, numbers and letters for school projects. As a result, the original Ellison die-cutting machine and dies were created to easily and precisely cut multiple shapes, letters and numbers for saving time, money and effort.
Today, Ellison supports educators with a complete product solution for all their learning needs. From our family of die-cutting machines (SuperStar, SuperStar Excel, Prestige Pro and eclips2) to steel-rule dies (AllStar, SureCut and Sizzix Bigz) and die-cutting accessories
Ellison provides educators with a one-stop shop for curriculum-based solutions.
Our products support and reinforce innovative teaching principles to address all subjects for grades K-12. We provide the tools to make memorable bulletin boards, report covers and manipulatives to reinforcing games, flash cards and lessons plans.
Ellison has worked to ensure that our curriculum-based dies and related projects adhere to Common Core State Standards (CCSS), across a wide range of subjects, including English Language Arts, Fine Arts & Crafts, Foreign Language, Health, Math, Physical Education, Science, Social Studies and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math).
Since our inception in 1977, it is estimated that Ellison products have found their way into over 80% of the school districts throughout the United States.
With a legacy of products and success stories, Ellison continues to shape education in many profound ways.
