ELLISON PREVAILS IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DISPUTE
LAKE FOREST, Calif. (October 4, 2005) - Ellison, the leading manufacturer of hand-operated die-cutting equipment, prevailed in a settlement finalized last week over an intellectual property dispute with a major retailer from the United Kingdom. Ellison moved against the retailer when it was found selling products, which Ellison alleged infringed Ellison’s intellectual property rights in that country.
