ELLISON ADDS NEARLY 100 NEW DIES TO ellison design LINE AT 7th ANNUAL MEMORYTRENDS SHOW

LAKE FOREST, Calif. (October 10, 2006) – Ellison, the world's leading manufacturer of award-winning, hand-operated die-cutting equipment, has added nearly 100 new dies in a variety of styles to expand the creative options available through the ellison design line at the 7th Annual MemoryTrends Conference and Expo October 10-12 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.

“The influences behind our new products will take consumers from the holidays all the way through spring,” said Lisa Corcoran, president and CEO of Ellison. “From turkeys to snowmen and flowers to butterflies, all the special times in our lives can be celebrated by creating unique remembrances.”

The new Thick Cuts dies, retailing for $19.99, include the following designs: “Christmas Stocking & Holly,” “Gingerbread Man,” “Snowman & Mittens #2” and “Turkey #2.”  

The current selection of Thin Cuts dies include “Leaf #2,” “Mouse,” “Santa Claus,” “Santa Hat,” “Santa Head” and “Snowman #2” and are available at an MSRP of $4.99.

Thin Cuts Alphabet Sets are available in Swirly Tag and Tiffy Taffy at an MSRP of $149.99. Two new Big Impressions™ Sets are also being introduced, Texture Designs Kit #2 and Texture Design Kit #3 by Scrappy Cat, both with an MSRP of $9.99.

A licensing agreement signed with Scrappy Cat has added many Spring themes to the mix with numerous dies including Extended Cuts in “Fun Flowers” and “Fab Florals” (MSRP $19.99); Cut‘n’Emboss in “Butterfly #1 and #2” and “Flower #1 and #2” (MSRP $9.99); and Easy Emboss “Flower, Daisy #1 and #2” (MSRP $8.99).

ellison design is also expanding its line of Window Cuts dies with a selection of frame styles combining ovals, rectangles and squares with decorative accents. MSRP for the Window Cuts is $6.99.
