At corp.Ellison.com, we respect your right to privacy and understand that visitors to corp.Ellison.com, ellison.com and sizzix.com ("Sites") need to control the use of their personal information. Our Sites allow individuals to order products, make requests, and register to receive material on one of our Sites. What About Kids’ Personally Identifiable Information?
Our Sites are not directed to children under the age of 13. We assume products purchased by credit card are purchased by adults or minors supervised by a parent or guardian.

What Else Should You Know About Your Privacy?
Security. We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. These security measures include a firewall to prevent unauthorised access to our systems and maintenance of registration information in a separate database. Although we will exercise reasonable care in providing secure transmission of information between your computer and our servers, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet and we accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure. We will protect the transmission of credit card information through industry standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.

We will display the last five digits of your credit card number when confirming an order and will transmit the entire number to the appropriate credit card company when processing your order.
